Most definitely, during your foster interview process it is determined what size and temperament and any other criteria you may have.
Nothing, the rescue provides you will everything you will need to foster a dog.
Not a problem, fosters always have first choice to adopt and that is called a "foster fail"! although, we don't want everyone to "foster fail" we know its bound to happen sometimes.
